Regular checks during the ongoing process and extremely meticulous final inspections ensure not only your success, but ours as well. In addition to the use of optical and geometric measuring equipment, we monitor our production with modern 2D/3D image processing systems, ensuring supreme product quality and stability.
Thanks to automatic measuring programmes and matched statistical software, we can implement extremely transparent production processes and permanently improve our quality standards.
With our complete documentation, ranging from initial samples to final acceptance testing, product cycles can be easily traced even over years. This procedure creates a maximum of security and transparency for you and us.
After the high-precision manufacturing, the products undergo a validated cleaning process. We have various water and/or solvent-based ultrasonic cleaning processes available for this purpose. Whether oscillating or rotary cleaning – the respective product requirements determine the type of approach.
In order to package the he high-precision manufactured end products with utmost care, we offer various options from single to sterile packaging. Depending on the application, we select the suitable packaging variant or advise you on the selection.
The entire cleaning and packaging processes take place in our controlled ISO-certified cleanroom environment.
Upon request, we also offer product packaging independently of other manufacturing steps as a separate service. In addition, we can validate your packaging concept for you, including the cleaning conditions for the product.
Every medical device must undergo a series of validations even before its market launch. With our regulatory team, we can support you throughout the entire validation process if you wish. In addition to mechanical testing, we will also be happy to perform cleaning, packaging or sterilisation validations for you. If required, we will accompany you all the way to the successful registration of your medical device.
